This 21st century has us bearing witness to a quantum leap into the infinite and connected nature of existence. Quantum wellbeing is macrocosmic wellness, the experience of self within and beyond human form and physical presence. It is an optimal state of wellbeing achieved in the field of unlimited (quantum) consciousness, expanding the concept of the ‘personal’ system as separate and self-contained to the experience of self as an aspect of all that is, without containment. The experience of one’s thoughts, feelings, body, and relationships without limitation catalyzes the quantum nature of wellbeing and existence.
There are 3 pillars of your quantum wellbeing: 1. The infinite nature of your own spiritual (energetic) being, 2. The higher human capacities that make conscious quantum evolution possible, and 3. The subconscious conditional structures that can obstruct and obscure quantum potential.
Coinciding with those 3 pillars are 3 focus areas for your quantum growth: 1. Intentional awareness of body and spirit including the integration between the two; 2. The practice of stillness and presence; and, 3. The commitment to self-study, personal growth and soul evolution. There are multiple layers and zones of expansion within each of these focus areas.
