Are You Buoyant or Brilliant?
Wisdom, Science & Strategies for Moving Forward with Conviction.
The Wisdom… Like a snowflake or a droplet of water, you are unique. You are brilliant in your own way.
You are one-of-a-kind and important.
When someone embraces their value, it shows. We feel it when they enter a room. Ask yourself…are you buoyant (surviving) or brilliant (thriving)?
Your value is built-in. You are worthy because you exist. YOU ARE ENOUGH.
Even when you hide your light, it’s still there - ready to shine and guide you forward. The only true expectation is to be who you already are – extraordinary.
The Science… Within you is the ability to adapt and transform to everything and you do both those things continuously from the moment you are born.
Contrary to conventional scientific theory, such as Darwin’s genetic determinism which postulates it’s your DNA that directs your growth and evolution over a lifetime, new age science has proven it’s not your genes that determines your biology and life trajectory. Cellular growth and adaptation are not solely directed by your DNA as originally believed.
In fact, it’s your thoughts and beliefs, informed by your conscious perceptions along with your subconscious programming, which continually influence your body, mind, and emotions, thereby influencing your experience of yourself and the world.
Your genes are not your destiny. What you believe and think along with how you process those things are your new destiny. Within you is the ability to adapt and transform and you do both subconsciously and consciously.
Your beliefs are the engines that drive your life experience - psychologically and biologically. “You are not in fact beholden to your genes, and gene expression is changeable – once you begin to think, act, and feel differently.” (Becoming Supernatural, Dr. Joe Dispenza)
The most direct way to do this is by transforming your [subconscious] core beliefs.
The Strategy… It’s not always easy to embrace your value. Sometimes, we don’t feel valuable at all. We get caught up in our own and others’ expectations. We dim our light to fit in and stay safe.
Most of us are taught to control the outside world to feel powerful rather than validate who we already are inside to be empowered. We try to meet the world's expectations while struggling to meet our own.
How can you reconnect with your value and brilliance?
· Surround yourself with people and messages that inspire you
· Validate who you are at your core
· Catalyze your pathway forward in thriving.
· Embrace what you love to do and do it, even in small ways.
Remember, someone needs what you have to offer. Transform ordinary into extraordinary. Move from powerless to powerful. From buoyant to brilliant. The world needs your brilliance. And so do you!
Mercy…you explained this with the right balance of grace and encouragement. Needed to hear it - thank you!
